Welcome to Spicer Street Online!
We hope that whether you are listening online alone, with friends, or as a family, you will know God’s blessing as you sing, read, pray and listen using the resources on this page.
While some of us are still able to gather in person on Sundays, we are livestreaming our services as well as providing an additional online service for use at any time.
You can find last Sunday's livestreamed and online services here.
If you are interested in looking further into the Christian faith, we are running a 5 week online Life Explored course from Monday 11th January at 8pm.

Follow-along Sheets For Children
Click on the links below to download material for children to follow along with the sermon. Both aim to help children engage with the main Bible teaching. The sheet for younger children is mostly colouring, while the sheet for older children involves a little more reading and writing - please do choose whichever suits your child best.

Life Explored
Beginning tomorrow evening (Monday 11th January) at 8pm we will be running a 5 week online “Life Explored” course over Zoom for those looking to explore the Christian faith. Below is a short trailer. You may like to join yourself or invite others. Do contact us for more details.
Prayers
Please read Psalm 21.
- “The king rejoices in your strength, Lord. How great is his joy in the victories you give!” Thank God for giving his King, the Lord Jesus, the victory over sin, death, and Satan, by raising him from the dead. Thank God that in Christ, we are on the winning side, and more than conquerors through him who loved us.
- “His glory is great; you have bestowed on him splendour and majesty.” Take some time to praise King Jesus - the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, our God and saviour, who is worthy of all our praise.
- “Though they plot evil against you and devise wicked schemes, they cannot succeed.” Thank God that he is a righteous judge who cares enough about sin and injustice to judge it, and to overthrow those who would seek to overthrow him. Pray too for those who set themselves as God’s enemies, that they might put down their weapons and come to him for mercy and forgiveness.
- Do continue to pray for our nation at this time of crisis, that lives may be spared, that suffering may be eased, and that many would turn to God in repentance and faith. Pray that we might be those who confidently and humbly hold out the hope of the gospel to a perishing world.
